- Perform helium leak checks on sealed compartments to ensure airtight integrity
- Conduct BCT (Bushing Current Transformer) testing to verify CT ratios, polarity, and insulation resistance
- Perform low voltage Hipot testing to confirm dielectric integrity and insulation strength
- Measure and document coil resistance values for quality verification
- Follow standardized test procedures and work instructions with precision and safety
- Record and track test results accurately in logs or systems
- Work closely with senior technicians and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- High school diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree preferred
- At least 1 year of relevant technical or testing experience (multi-function experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and troubleshoot circuits
- Proficient in the use of testing equipment, hand tools, and material handling practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic computer and math skills
- Familiarity with quality management systems and LEAN manufacturing principles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- $22.50/hour pay rate
