What You’ll Do
- Grow and manage your territory through outbound calls, emails, and regular in-person visits
- Meet face-to-face with new prospects weekly to understand their facility needs
- Build lasting relationships through lunches, events, ballgames, golf outings, and creative networking opportunities
- Collaborate with Regional Operations leaders to develop service proposals and pricing
- Sell both recurring facility service contracts and one-time jobs (pressure washing, floor care, etc.)
- Track activities, meetings, and proposals using HubSpot CRM
- Represent our client’s high service standards in every interaction
- 0–3 years of professional experience (sales experience helpful but not required)
- A motivated self-starter with strong energy, curiosity, and people skills
- Someone who thrives on meeting new people and building trust face-to-face
- A confident communicator who’s coachable and eager to learn
- Highly organized and accountable—you’ll manage your own schedule and pipeline
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to client sites
- $50,000 base salary uncapped commissions ($80K–$110K first-year earning potential)
- $500/month car allowance for a company-approved, clean, professional vehicle (under 5 years old)
