Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen and Bath Designer located in Rochester, Pinckney or Saint Clair Shores. The Kitchen and Bath Designer will work closely with clients to design custom cabinetry solutions, provide exceptional customer service, and create detailed design plans tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities include managing sales consultations, delivering expert design guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction by taking projects from initial concept to completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design as well as 20/20 design and in-depth knowledge of cabinetry options
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to guide customers through the selection process
- Attention to detail and ability to translate customer preferences into functional designs
- Proficiency in design software and tools related to cabinetry or similar fields is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently when needed
- Experience in the kitchen and bath industry or related fields is highly preferred
Compensation
- $52,000 base salary plus commission. 70/30 Health, dental and vision benefits as well as PTO and KPI bonus.
