Kitchen & Bath Design & Sales Professional
Birmingham, Michigan | Full-Time | KSI Kitchen & Bath
KSI Kitchen & Bath is looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bath Design & Sales Professional for our Birmingham showroom, one of our highest-performing and most established locations. You'll design beautiful, functional spaces and guide clients through the sales process from first consultation to project completion, backed by a Design Support team that handles scheduling and admin so you can focus on design and clients.
Compensation
Base salary: Generous base salary based on industry experience.
Commission: Tiered and uncapped, the more you sell, the higher your payout percentage. Most designers in this role earn $80,000-$90,000 in total compensation; top producers can comfortably exceed this - capacity permitting.
Additionally: Our design and sales teams are eligible for manufacturer’s “spiff” incentive programs. Though these programs may vary throughout a given year, they can meaningfully add to overall earnings.

What You'll Do
● Run design consultations that uncover each client's goals, lifestyle, and budget.
● Create kitchen and bath designs using 2020 Design software.
● Present designs and product selections that move clients confidently toward a decision.
● Generate new business through showroom traffic, referrals, and networking.
● Prepare proposals, quotes, and revisions, and manage the sale through close.
● Coordinate with contractors, installers, and Design Support to keep projects on track.
● Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM.

Qualifications
● 2 years of kitchen and bath design or remodeling experience (required).
● Proficiency in 2020 Design, CAD, or similar software (required).
● Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
● Highly organized with close attention to detail.
● Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field (preferred).
