PAY AND PAID TRAINING
- Week 1: One week of paid training/evaluation at $10/hour.
- Beginning in week 2: $13/hour after successful completion of training and continued employment.
- After one additional month at $13/hour: $14/hour.
- At six months of employment: A performance review with an opportunity for an additional raise for strong performance. The amount is determined at the review; this raise is not automatic.
Initial training is generally at 230 SW Wilshire Blvd, Burleson, TX 76028. Training covers customer service, product knowledge, register and cash handling, customer ID procedures, and opening or closing responsibilities. Payroll is biweekly; HR will confirm your actual payday.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Exclusive Smokes is looking for a reliable, friendly Retail Sales Associate for our Cleburne store at 1611 N Main St, Cleburne, TX 76033. We serve adult customers with vape devices, smoking accessories, hookah supplies and related retail products. WORK LOCATIONS AND OPENINGS
We are recruiting for two openings in Cleburne: one at Exclusive Smokes, 1611 N Main St, Cleburne, TX 76033, and one at our sister store Limitless, 2201 N Main St, Cleburne, TX 76033. HOURS AND SCHEDULE
Effective October 22, 2026, Exclusive Smokes (ES1) hours are 6:00 AM - 1:00 AM the following morning, daily. Opening shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Closing shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM the following morning. Limitless hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, daily, with typical shifts of 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Weekend availability may be required. Individual workdays and weekly hours are confirmed with HR before an offer.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Greet customers, answer questions, explain products and recommend alternatives when appropriate.
- Operate the POS register accurately; collect payments, process approved transactions and explain loyalty rewards.
- Verify customer IDs and comply with all rules on age-restricted products.
- Restock, clean, organize merchandise and keep the sales floor ready for customers.
- Follow opening or closing procedures and secure cash-handling steps when assigned.
- Learn product descriptions and store policies, escalate unfamiliar questions rather than guessing.
- Work scheduled shifts reliably, communicate professionally and support team operations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Dependable, punctual, approachable and eager to learn.
- Customer-service or retail/POS experience helpful but not required; training provided.
- Ability to perform the essential in-store duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to follow applicable sales laws and customer ID policy.
- Able to attend agreed training and work the store's confirmed shifts.
This Cleburne role may require opening or closing the store and working independently once trained.
