POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a talented mid-senior level designer to join our design team and support our growing product portfolio. You'll report to and collaborate closely with our Senior Product Designer to ensure seamless integration with ongoing projects, delivering exceptional digital experiences for our luxury travel customers across web and mobile platforms.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design pixel-perfect UI components and screens using our established design system
- Create responsive designs with advanced Figma techniques (auto layout, variables, components)
- Conduct competitive research and user experience analysis
- Develop wireframes and user flows for new features and products
- Design for mobile native applications (iOS/Android)
- Build interactive prototypes using Bolt and Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Maintain design consistency across all customer touchpoints
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- 4-7 years of UI/UX design experience
- Expert-level Figma skills particularly in: Advanced auto layout and responsive design, Variables and design tokens, Component libraries and design systems
- Strong visual design instincts and attention to detail
- Experience with end-to-end design process (research → wireframes → high-fidelity designs)
- Ability to work independently within established brand guidelines
- Portfolio demonstrating clean, modern interface design
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Mobile native app design experience (iOS/Android)
- Experience with Bolt prototyping tool
- Background in luxury or travel industry
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
