POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As an Accounts Receivable/Billing specialist at Exclusive Resorts, you will be joining the Revenue team with a focus on Accounts Receivables. This a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to enter the accounting field and grow their systems and processing skillsets. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for invoicing, payment application (working with multiple departments to align data, processing, and reporting), reviewing aging reports, and coordinating with other members of the accounting and finance team to review financial information for accuracy.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Prepare, post, verify, and record customer billings, payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
o Create invoices according to company practice.
o Research discrepancies and works to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
o Ability to interpret and analyze legal contracts for member billing.
o Coordinate with other departments to gather, reconcile, analyze, and summarize data.
o End of the month reconciliation.
o Work with the Accounting Team and cross-functionally throughout the organization.
o Support the annual audit process as necessary.
o Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE ANSD INFORMATION:
o A bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university is preferred.
o Attention to detail that includes taking pride in providing excellence.
o Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
o Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and cross-functionally with other teams.
o Intermediate Excel proficiency, ie. Functions, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP.
o Strong organizational skills with a commitment to multi-task.
o Ability to identify and implement a solution for issues as they arise.
o Netsuite, Salesforce and mail merge experience in Outlook a plus.
o Must have the ability to be flexible and the willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
o Hybrid work environment in the Denver office expected each week.
Salary : $24 - $26
