The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Specialist, CMS to manage how content lives and moves across the Collective. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that great digital experiences are built as much in the backend as they are on the page. You’ll help maintain the integrity of our CMS environments—ensuring content is accurate, structured, and consistently executed across brands. At the same time, this role sits close to the brand. You’ll contribute to how content looks and feels—supporting image selection, content creation, and the overall quality of what goes live.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day updates across CMS platforms for all three brands
- Build and publish pages, landing experiences, and campaign content
- Maintain content structure, taxonomy, and modular components
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all digital touchpoints
- Source and curate imagery that aligns with brand standards
- Support content creation and execution across campaigns and site updates
- Partner with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Engineering teams to bring campaigns to life
- QA content across devices, browsers, and environments
- Support publishing workflows, governance, and version control
- Identify opportunities to improve CMS scalability and efficiency
What You Bring
- 4–6 years of experience working within a CMS-driven environment
- Experience working within modern CMS platforms; Hygraph, Buildr, Prismic or Contentful preferred
- Strong understanding of structured content and modular systems
- A sharp eye for imagery, layout, and overall presentation
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to manage multiple brands, pages, and priorities simultaneously
- Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and engineering
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Tools & Platforms
Modern CMS platforms (Hygraph, Contentful, or similar), HTML/CSS fundamentals, QA tools, and project management platforms such as Asana or Jira.
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
