The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Specialist, Digital Content, to orchestrate how our brand comes to life online. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of storytelling, design, and structure—owning how content is built and delivered across the Collective. You’ll ensure precision behind the scenes—while elevating what’s experienced on the page. In close partnership with Content & Communications and Creative, you’ll translate campaign ideas and brand narratives into polished, high-impact digital experiences that feel as refined as the destinations we represent.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day updates across CMS platforms for all three brands
- Build and publish pages, landing experiences, and campaign content
- Translate brand storytelling into elevated digital experiences in partnership with Content & Communications
- Shape on-site presentation—balancing structure with storytelling to ensure every page meets brand standards
- Maintain content structure, taxonomy, and modular components
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand integrity across all digital touchpoints
- Source and curate imagery aligned with brand standards
- Support content creation and execution across campaigns and site updates, ensuring a high standard of polish and consistency
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Engineering to bring digital experiences to life seamlessly
- Enhance digital experiences by improving layout, flow, and user engagement
- Support development of new modules and templates to enable more dynamic storytelling
- QA content across devices and environments
- Manage publishing workflows, governance, and version control
- Identify opportunities to improve CMS scalability, efficiency, and overall content delivery
- Provide input on content strategy from a CMS perspective, bridging creative vision with digital execution
What You Bring
- 4–6 years of experience working within a CMS-driven environment
- Experience working within modern CMS platforms; Hygraph, Buildr, Prismic, or Contentful preferred
- Strong understanding of structured content and modular systems
- Strong creative judgment with an eye for what feels elevated, on-brand, and visually compelling
- An appreciation for brand storytelling and how content comes to life in a digital environment
- Experience partnering with creative or content teams to execute campaigns or editorial content online
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to manage multiple brands, pages, and priorities simultaneously
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Engineering
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Tools & Platforms
Modern CMS platforms (Hygraph, Contentful, or similar), HTML/CSS fundamentals, QA tools, and project management platforms such as Asana or Jira.
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
