We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Digital Content Manager to manage social media content and digital media assets across our event, décor, floral, and production brands.This is a hands-on, in-office role ideal for someone who enjoys working with real event content, creating short-form videos, and keeping media organized for easy access by sales and marketing teams.The right candidate has a strong visual eye, understands social media trends, and is comfortable turning raw photos and videos into polished content.What You’ll Be DoingSocial Media ManagementManage and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTokCreate reels, stories, carousels, and static postsWrite captions, hashtags, and post descriptionsSchedule content and maintain posting consistencyMonitor comments and messages and flag anything requiring attentionContent Creation & EditingEdit short-form videos (reels, TikToks, highlights)Select best photos and videos from eventsAdd music, transitions, subtitles, and light brandingCreate event recaps, before/after visuals, and promotional contentMedia Organization & ManagementOrganize all photos and videos by event type and item category(naming conventions and folder structure will be provided)Maintain a clean and consistent Google Drive / Dropbox systemLabel, rename, and archive media properlyEnsure all content is easy to access for sales and marketing teamsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience managing social media accountsStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTokExperience with short-form video editingComfortable using tools such as:CapCutAdobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut ProCanvaStrong organizational skillsReliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedAble to work independently and meet deadlinesNice to Have (Not Required)Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or lifestyle brandsPhotography or videography experienceUnderstanding of social media trends and algorithmsWork SchedulePart-time positionStarting at approximately 24 hours per weekFlexible schedule — choose your own working hoursIn-office role (remote not available)Some weekend availability may be required due to eventsCompensationStarting at $17/hourCompetitive pay based on experienceOpportunity for increases based on performancePotential to grow into additional hours and responsibilityAbout UsWe operate multiple event, décor, floral, DJ, and production brands serving high-end weddings and events throughout New York and New Jersey.
