H3 Ranch is seeking a talented and motivated Cook III to join our culinary team. As a Cook III, you will play a key role in executing high-quality meals for our guests while maintaining consistency and ensuring safety standards in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, ensuring high quality, consistency, and presentation in accordance with H3 Ranch's standards.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of daily menu items, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a safe working environment.
- Monitor the quality of all food items prepared, ensuring they meet or exceed RH3 Ranch standards.
- Assist with ordering and managing kitchen inventory, ensuring proper rotation and storage of ingredients.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff, including line cooks, sous chefs, and chefs, to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook, ideally in a high-volume environment.
- Previous experience as a Cook III, Line Cook, or in a similar position is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Culinary degree or formal training is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional food.
- Ability to follow instructions and execute recipes with precision.
- Must have flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
