Responsibilities
- Provide individual outpatient therapy to teens and adults in our office/ telehealth
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and the interdisciplinary treatment team.
- Maintain accurate, ethical, and timely clinical documentation.
- Adhere to HIPPA, ethical standards, and clinic policies.
- Proven experience in hospital settings or inpatient environments with acute care experience preferred; experience working with geriatric patients or individuals with disabilities highly valued.
- Demonstrated expertise in child & family counseling, behavioral health interventions, crisis management, and case management across diverse populations.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, CPT coding for billing purposes, ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10), Medicare regulations, and post-acute care practices essential for effective documentation and compliance.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and hospital information systems; excellent client communication skills; ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams in outpatient or inpatient settings.

- RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS A MUST

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5-15 per week
