LMSW Therapist – 1099 Private Practice (70/30 Split) - Flexible Schedule - Ionia, Michigan
Hope & Healing Counseling Center is seeking fully licensed Michigan LMSWs who want the flexibility and earning potential of private practice—without the burden of building it alone.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role (70/30 split) for clinicians who want full control over their schedule and caseload while benefiting from an established referral flow and complete administrative support.

Compensation
This is a 1099 contractor position with a 70/30 split.
Clinicians receive 70% of collected session revenue.
Earnings vary based on caseload size, payer reimbursement, attendance, and collections, allowing flexibility to build a schedule aligned with your goals.
