Role Description the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Smyrna, TN. This role oversees daily operations of the nursing facility, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and financial stability. Responsibilities include supervising department leaders, coordinating clinical and non-clinical services, managing budgets, and monitoring key performance indicators. Qualifications
