You'll manage essential supplies and facility coordination while supporting clinical staff in delivering exceptional patient care.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to understand facility needs and support clinical operations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for medical supplies and office materials within budget
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with external vendors
- Organize storage areas and maintain efficient inventory systems
- Provide administrative support to the CNO, including reports and scheduling
- Act as point of contact for service providers and suppliers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years administrative or support experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
