We are currently offering an additional $1.00 per hour for CNA certification. We also offer up to $3.25 per hour extra with additional Health Care experience (verified through the Employment Security Department).

How You Can Make a Real Impact:
- Teach essential life skills and help adults achieve their goals
- Implement behavioral treatment plans and assist with activities such as personal hygiene, social skills, meal preparation, money management, and housekeeping
- Record and submit clear, accurate documentation and communicate with clients and their families, and guardians
- Transport and accompany individuals to appointments and community outings
No experience is needed – we provide PAID training!
Minimum Requirements to become a Direct Support Professional -- >
- High School Diploma/GED (Preferred but not required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a DSHS background check
- Valid Driver's License

About Us:
EFI is a private nonprofit corporation located in Shelton, Washington. We provide residential, vocational, transportation, and community-based employment services to adults living with various challenges in their lives. EFI serves 150 clients with approximately 150 employees in various capacities throughout the company. Employment opportunities range from Direct Support Professionals in clients' homes to administrative positions in an office setting. All positions are located in Mason and Thurston Counties.
