Pay Incentives
- Starting wage is $22.00
- $1.00/hour for active CNA certification. This takes place on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
· Additional wage incentives may be available for verified healthcare experience through the Employment Security Department (ESD), with eligible experience potentially qualifying for up to an additional $3.25/hour. This also takes place on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

Direct Support Professionals play a vital role in helping individuals live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives. DSPs provide hands-on support, encouragement, and guidance while helping clients build skills, achieve goals, and participate actively in their communities.

Responsibilities Include
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal growth
- Assisting with meal preparation, housekeeping, hygiene, budgeting, and medication routines
- Encouraging community involvement, recreation, and social engagement
- Transporting clients to appointments, activities, and outings using company vehicles
- Following individualized care and behavioral support plans
- Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with team members, guardians, and medical professionals
- Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for those we serve
- Flexibility to work in different homes or support locations as operational and client needs may change unexpectedly.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Ability to pass a DSHS background check
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, dependable, and willing to learn

EFI serves 150 clients with approximately 150 employees in various capacities throughout the company.
