Excentia Human Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this leadership role, you’ll ensure quality care, provide direct support to staff, and foster a safe and supportive home environment that promotes independence and dignity.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support direct care staff in residential homes
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Monitor the quality of care provided to residents and address concerns as needed
- Coordinate individual and group activities to enhance residents' quality of life
- Maintain accurate documentation, schedules, and records
- Promote a respectful and inclusive home environment
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- At least 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
- A passion for person-centered care and helping others thrive
