Join our team of Delivery Drivers representing one of the most successful companies in the world - AMAZON! We are dedicated to exceeding customer expectations by delivering packages on-time, in excellent condition with a highly positive attitude and a smile. We provide you with everything you need to succeed: classroom and driving training, uniforms, company vans and the latest smart phone/GPS technology. We are team oriented and love to incentivize and reward positive attitude and performance.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO:
- Possess STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE VALUES
- Have a valid drivers license and excellent driving record
- Have the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
- Can deliver up to 275 packages/day
- Have the ability to commit to full-time or part-time shift (30-40 hrs/wk, flexibility in work days as we operate 7 days/wk)
- Are authorized to work in the U.S.
- Have the ability to communicate, read and write effectively in English
- Have the ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion
- Are physically fit and capable of getting in and out of van every few minutes (up to 200 times/day)
- Are 21 or older
- Are TECH savvy: experienced with GPS and other smart phone related applications
- Possess a great attitude when dealing with Co-Workers and Customers, and maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor at all times - TAKE INITIATIVE when something needs doing
- Must be willing to be on standby on occasion and assist your team as needed
- Must treat all equipment (vans and phones, etc) with upmost respect
- Must strive daily to deliver every package in excellent condition

$16.50/hr basic rate with Bonuses, Incentives & Overtime available during peak season in Oct, Nov & Dec:
1) ATTENDANCE BONUS OF $120/week for any driver who drives 4 days/week
2) $25/day BONUS for any driver who picks up a 5th and 6th day in a week
3) $25 REFFERAL BONUS for any driver who recommends a new employee who stays with us thru December 2021
