Position: Weekend RN Supervisor

Location: Rochelle Park, New Jersey

Schedule: Weekends | All Shifts

Pay Rate: Up to $53 per hour

Position Overview

Chateau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking experienced and compassionate Weekend RN Supervisors to support nursing operations across all weekend shifts. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional resident care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate resident care during assigned weekend shifts
• Supervise nursing staff and provide guidance and clinical support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Provide hands-on nursing care as needed to support residents and staff
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Active New Jersey State RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work weekend shifts across all schedules
