Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support daily nursing operations
- Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and unit operations
- Assist with state surveys and regulatory audits
- Address and resolve clinical or staffing concerns to maintain a safe and high-quality care environment
- Active RN License in the State of New York
- Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
