- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee and guide the Nursing Department, ensuring strict compliance with standards and regulations.
- Conduct daily departmental rounds to ensure nursing service personnel maintain top-notch nursing standards.
- Engage in facility surveys by government agencies, following requests by the DON and ADON.
- Address complaints and grievances in a timely and effective manner, always aiming for resolution and improvement.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure exceptional resident care.
- Oversee and evaluate day-to-day Nursing Department functions in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in facility surveys and address grievances to maintain high quality standards.
- Valid RN License in the State of New York
