Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to residents’ functional goals.
- Implement engaging, evidence-based interventions to promote independence in daily living activities.
- Monitor and document residents’ progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Support the rehabilitation of residents recovering from illness, injury, or disability.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and safeguard resident confidentiality.
- Promote a positive and respectful environment aligned with our mission of compassionate care.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current and active Florida Occupational Therapist license
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
