Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all facility maintenance operations
- Ensure repairs, inspections, and equipment upkeep meet all safety and regulatory standards
- Supervise, schedule, and assign daily tasks to maintenance staff
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and warranties
- Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure safety, performance, and compliance
- Coordinate renovations, installations, and preventative maintenance projects
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations and on-call needs
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience required (healthcare or skilled nursing experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
- Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for on-call emergencies as needed
