Location: Palm Beach Nursing Center, Lake Worth, Florida

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Salary: Up to $33 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Palm Beach Nursing Center in Lake Worth, Florida. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to federal, state, local, and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to provide outstanding resident care.
• Order necessary medications, supplies, and equipment to maintain proper care and comfort for residents.
• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each resident's specific needs.
• Perform wound care and related treatments as part of a comprehensive care plan.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations to maintain detailed records.
• Uphold confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA policies, respecting the rights of residents, their families, and staff.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred.
