Technical Project Manager -BizChat

Required Skills & Qualification:

• Professional experience & expertise with release and risk management, running shiprooms, and scrums.
• Technical Proficiency: Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI dashboards, M365 Office, MS Teams, etc.
• Deep knowledge of software production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective SDLC execution and distribution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Bachelor's Degree AND 5-7 years' experience in technical product/program management OR equivalent experience; PMI or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities: ͏

• Facilitate v-team Shiproom meetings, bug bashes, and triage sessions for Project Alchemy; attend scrums as needed and follow up on action items to closure.
• Manage backlog and track bugs/asks in BizChat ADO for the initiative.
• Ensure timely responses from MSAI DRIs to partners with Alchemy asks.
• Establish SLAs for new alchemy partner onboarding for response times and other stages of the onboarding processes. Ensure these SLAs are met, report out on the compliance with these SLAs, and find ways to address gaps.
• Oversee partner onboarding on BizChat mainline—Project Alchemy, maintaining and updating onboarding documentation based on feedback in collaboration with DRIs.
