Pest Control Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven commercial Pest Control Sales Representative to support and grow our pest control business. This role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and working closely with Pest Control Technicians to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and experience using CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new residential and commercial leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, and territory development
• Conduct on-site or virtual consultations to assess pest control needs
• Present customized pest management solutions and service agreements
• Collaborate closely with Pest Control Technicians to ensure accurate service execution and customer satisfaction
• Manage and grow an assigned book of business through upselling and renewals
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline tracking, and customer notes in Salesforce
• Follow up on technician-generated leads and service upgrade opportunities
• Stay informed on pest control services, seasonal trends, and industry regulations

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (B2B, home services, or route-based sales preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and closing skills
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Pest control or home services experience is a plus but not required
