Position Overview
As a Pest Control Technician, you will be the face of Richland Pest & Bee Control. This role combines customer service, hands-on problem solving, and technical fieldwork. We will train the right individual—what we need most is work ethic, a great personality, and good handyman-style skills.
You’ll visit residential and commercial properties to diagnose pest issues, implement treatment plans, and build trusted relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service while performing pest inspections and treatments
- Evaluate properties for signs of pests and apply company-approved solutions
- Operate company vehicles, equipment, and tools safely
- Communicate treatment plans and recommendations clearly to customers
- Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records
- Perform exclusion work, minor carpentry repairs, and other handyman-type tasks
- Follow all safety procedures, regulations, and company standards
- Work independently while staying reliable, professional, and on schedule
- Represent Richland Pest & Bee in a friendly, courteous, and dependable manner

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior pest control experience is not required
- Must be able to pass a background check
