Excell Brands is seeking a full-time Director of Sales to join our team on-site in Winterset, IA. This role will lead sales strategies, oversee operations to drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with retail and vendor partners. Key responsibilities include managing sales teams, analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, and collaborating across departments to achieve company goals. The Director of Sales will be instrumental in optimizing processes and achieving sales targets while fostering a customer-first approach.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations with strong ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Strong background in Business Development and Customer Service with expertise in building and maintaining relationships
• Demonstrated Team Management skills, including leading and motivating sales teams to achieve objectives
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Winterset, IA
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in category management or retail/consumer packaged goods industries is an asset
