- Supports mobile dental, podiatry, vision, and audiology services in long-term care facilities
- Coordinates patient flow and clinic-day operations
- Ensures efficient service delivery and positive facility experience
- Escort residents to and from clinic areas
- Coordinate with facility staff on patient readiness
- Manage clinic flow and track patient completion
- Support non-clinical podiatry, dental, vision, and audiology operations
- Maintain clean and organized work environment
- Assist with clinic setup and breakdown
- Serve as liaison between providers and facility staff
- Communicate with Social Services regarding clinic-day logistics
- Resolve day-of operational issues
- Travel within 1–2 hour assigned region
- Daily travel required based on clinic schedule
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation required
- Monday through Friday
- Full-day clinic support
- Improves provider efficiency and clinic flow
- Reduces missed residents
