Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail orientated Data Entry/ Office Manager to oversee daily data operations while supporting overall office functionality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, can manage multiple priorities, and ensures both data accuracy and smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all data entry processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Maintain, supervise, support and audit performance of data entry teams
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail correspondence
  • Order and maintain office supplies, including inventory levels
  • Provide front desk/reception coverage, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
  • Coordinate general office operations and related administrative tasks
  • Assist leadership with reporting, documentation, and special projects assigned
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry, office management, or other administrative leadership
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems (Paylocity experience a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Experience supervising or leading a team
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
