Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all data entry processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Maintain, supervise, support and audit performance of data entry teams
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail correspondence
- Order and maintain office supplies, including inventory levels
- Provide front desk/reception coverage, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
- Coordinate general office operations and related administrative tasks
- Assist leadership with reporting, documentation, and special projects assigned
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry, office management, or other administrative leadership
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems (Paylocity experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
