Duties

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for all podiatry clinical programs, ensuring high-quality patient care aligned with organizational goals
• Deliver high quality podiatric care throughout the state.
• Manage day-to-day operations to optimize service delivery.
• Supervise medical staff including podiatrists, foster professional development through training and mentorship.
• Implement and utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for accurate documentation of patient records and medical histories.
• Monitor budgetary performance, control costs, and oversee billing processes related to podiatric services.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare management best practices including utilization management, medical records accuracy, and patient safety protocols.
• Must be able to successfully obtain additional licenses in other states as directed by management.

• Extensive knowledge of podiatric physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology essential for effective leadership.
• Proven experience managing healthcare teams within hospital or outpatient settings with supervising responsibilities.
