What You’ll Do
Accurate Data Management
- Enter and maintain patient demographics, insurance information, and appointment details
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across scheduling and patient management systems
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Update and manage scheduling information for mobile healthcare providers
- Ensure patient and appointment records are properly documented and up to date
- Assist with maintaining organized and compliant electronic records
- Collaborate with scheduling, clinical, and administrative teams
- Clarify and correct data discrepancies as needed
- Support workflow efficiency through accurate documentation
- Follow HIPAA and company data privacy requirements
- Ensure all information is entered in accordance with internal standards
- Support audit readiness through accurate recordkeeping
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, data systems)
- Ability to stay focused in a structured, repetitive workflow
