Enrollment Support Specialist - Insurance Agent

ExcelHealth Group works diligently to provide dental and ancillary care to a vulnerable population who deserve the best care. We are currently seeking to fill our Enrollment Support Specialist position to carry out this important mission.

This position requires routine travel throughout the state to nursing homes to actively enroll participants into our industry exclusive Senior Comprehensive Insurance Program. This role is for those who are both compassionate and are seeking purpose in their work.

The ideal candidate is well spoken, patient, and possesses the ability to listen more than they speak. High-pressure sales tactics are not part of the ethos of our business. Team members present in a professional and respectful manner and have the ability to both maintain and expand our business’s brand through their exceptional interpersonal skills.

Work location: In Person. One must have a quiet space to conduct call without noise or distraction and reliable internet.

Travel: Employees conduct in-services at facilities throughout the state. Travel is required as instructed; therefore, reliable personal transportation is also required. Overnight stays are possible.

Licensing: Required. Must have an active and verifiable health insurance producer’s license within the state.
