We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who are committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities:

For RNs & LPNs

• Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health and wellbeing
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain and update care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide guidance and support to CNAs
  
  
  

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse RNs

• Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
  
  
  

Licensed Practical Nurse LPNs

• Active LPN license in the State of New Jersey
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
