Responsibilities:
For RNs & LPNs
Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health and wellbeing
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain and update care plans
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Provide guidance and support to CNAs
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse RNs
Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
Long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Licensed Practical Nurse LPNs
Active LPN license in the State of New Jersey
Long-term care experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
