Excelcare at Dover is seeking a reliable and passionate Dietary Cook to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will play an important part in enhancing our residents’ daily lives by preparing nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, enjoys working as part of a team, and understands the importance of dietary needs and food safety in healthcare.

Dietary Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary needs
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ensure meals are served on time and at proper temperatures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Collaborate with the Dietary Supervisor and team
  
  
  

Dietary Cook Qualifications:

• Experience as a cook, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
• Knowledge of food safety standards and dietary restrictions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
