RN Supervisor Responsibilities You'll Love:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing activities
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Monitor patient care and ensure that all residents receive the highest standard of care
- Respond to emergency situations and make critical decisions when necessary
- Ensure proper documentation of resident care and incidents
- Communicate with families and physicians regarding patient care and any changes in condition
What We Look For:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
- Previous nursing supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing the best care
