Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards
Registered Nurse ( RN ) / Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) Qualifications:
Active RN/LPN license in DE
Experience in long-term care preferred
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
