As a dealer support associate (DSA) you will have the opportunity to use your clear communication style and problem-solving skills to build and maintain long lasting trusting relationships with our dealership partners. You will play a crucial role in building/maintaining the Excela Protect brand into one that evokes a feeling of deep satisfaction and brand loyalty through delivery of consistent world class service.

Qualifications:
- Strong amount of customer service experience (3-5 years preferred).

- Ability to educate the customer/dealer on products and services.
- Exhibit strong follow-up and organizational skills, in both verbal and written communication.
