What You’ll Do
Receiving & Material Handling
- Assist with unloading inbound deliveries and verifying materials against packing slips and purchase orders
- Inspect shipments for damage, document discrepancies, and take photos when needed
- Label all materials with job number and job name for accurate tracking
- Stage materials in designated warehouse locations
- Process and organize returned materials from job sites
- Ensure all delivery paperwork is turned in promptly
- Pull and stage materials for jobs and internal needs
- Learn warehouse inventory and assist with accurate order pulling
- Store materials and tools in clearly labeled, organized locations
- Support loading/unloading of delivery vehicles
- Assist with tool tracking, tagging, and organization
- Help team members quickly locate materials and tools
- Perform routine inspections of tools, equipment, and materials
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking
- Maintain accuracy and visibility of materials by project
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with moving materials and equipment safely
- Support job staging and delivery preparation
- Provide support during high-demand operational periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic knowledge of tools/materials or willingness to learn
- Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy materials
- Team-oriented mindset with strong accountability
- Experience in a warehouse or construction environment
- Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
