Job Description
- Enter purchase orders into the CRM database.
- Arranging bookings with freight companies with an emphasis on cost management
- Daily internal and external communications
- Solid experience in logistics
- Provide outstanding customer support
- Timely processing of information via the CRM database
- Ability to prioritize
Qualifications
- 2-year college degree
- Experience in Customer Service and Logistics/Supply Chain industries a must
- Computer-oriented with proficiency in Word and Excel
- Strong math skills
