The Social Media Director will emphasize creativity and collaboration within the team to drive effective campaigns from within the organization. They will nurture workflows, while ensuring data integrity and generating performance reports. They will also collaborate with internal and external teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. The Social Media Director will lead our marketing initiatives as well as boost posts. This includes managing email and SMS campaigns, nurture workflows, and automation. The Social Media Marketing Manager will also generate performance reports, ensuring data integrity and collaborating with internal and external teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Essential Responsibilities (95%):
- Develop and implement data-driven organic social media strategies that align with business goals.
- Develop and build long term relationships with our platform partners including focus on hashtags and followers
- Managing and overseeing organic content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
- Lead large-scale analytical projects, leveraging our organic social media insights to track KPIs, user behavior, and ROI.
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and industry trend research to stay ahead of market shifts when needed.
- Collaborate when needed to create content to execute integrated campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and social media best practices.

Qualifications
- 10-15 years of social media marketing experience, with a focus on larger companies and enterprise-level projects.
- Strong analytical background, with experience in handling big data, and audience insights.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics).
- Experience managing organic social media campaigns, ideally within subscription or recurring revenue models .
- Proven success with social media campaigns and/or PR management
- Excellent understanding of SEO principles and engagement tactics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share data-driven insights.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Experience in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and partnerships.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
