At Excel at Being You LLC, we implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our core value is to connect with kids and teens on the autism spectrum, so they can learn new meaningful skills while creating happy memories with us! Join us as a Part-Time Behavior Interventionist!

What You Will Do:
- Implement evidence-based protocols designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to teach essential life skills such as communication, motor skills, social skills and shape challenging behaviors into effective communication skills
- First and foremost connect with children and teens in a meaningful way by playing, finding out their preferred interests, having patience, and perseverance while following a plan tailored to each client
- Collect data and write clinical notes using basic grammar skills
- Make a meaningful difference in the life of kids and teens while creating happy memories for you and them!
Skills and Qualities We Are Looking For:
- At least 18 years old with a minimum of a high school diploma
- Your own vehicle to travel to client's home, a driver's license, and car insurance
- Playful, creative, able to think on your feet
- Dependable - someone your client and their family can count on
- Ability to constantly get up and down off floor, move quickly
- Desire to learn, work independently, and have fun
