What You’ll Do:
- You’ll work 1:1 with children and teens with autism or developmental differences, supporting their growth through play, structure, and compassion.
- Provide services in homes, clinics, schools, and the community
- Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Help teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Track progress and celebrate each child’s unique path
- Partner with families as a consistent and trusted guide
No Experience? No Problem!
We’ll train you from the ground up. You’ll receive paid training and the tools to succeed.
Scheduling Details:
- Minimum availability: 20 hours/week (more hours available—up to full-time!)
- Sessions typically occur Monday – Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM
- We match you with clients based on your zip code to help reduce travel time
- Reliable transportation and flexibility are essential
