We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
The ideal candidate will be hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic is a must.
In addition:
- High school diploma accepted with some college or equivalent experience minimum requirement
- 1-3 years of experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
- Ability to work with Microsoft Excel and Office and Outlook at the intermediate level or better
- Experience with QuickBooks or willingness and ability to quickly learn a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Accuracy and attentive to details
RESPONSIBILITIES (to include, but not limited to)
- Customer service - answering and screening calls, greeting customers, customer intake
- Billing – Invoicing weekly and monthly
- Purchasing – Ordering products, tracking and receiving
- Accounts Receivable – Checking mail, posting payments, deposits
- Collections – Running reports and contacting customers for payment
- Spreadsheets – Keep all spreadsheets current
- Audits – Quarterly audits on accounts
- Any and all work as assigned in support of department and company goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
