Examinetics is hiring a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! This is a full-time position located at our corporate office in Overland Park, KS.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Open invoices, receive approval, and code for entry into Navision.
- Enter invoices in Navision.
- Enter and post weekly expense reports.
- Prepare weekly proposed check run for management approval.
- Assure all vendor payments are made when due.
- Reconcile large vendor billings.
- Prepare employee advance agreements.
- Print vendor and expense checks.
- Respond to vendor inquiries.
- Update various analysis spreadsheets.
- Various end-of-month assignments.
Job Requirements:
Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum three (3) years Accounting or Payable experience.
- Associates degree preferred in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience with Navision or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel. Experience with Navision or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook).
