About the Role
EXALTA is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support our global functions, including Information Systems, Human Resources, Regulatory, Commercial and Finance. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and is ideal for a strategic and hands-on HR professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and has a proven track record in private equity-backed organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with global function leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business objectives and support organizational growth
- Partner with global leaders on talent acquisition strategies and participate in selection processes for key hires
- Lead and support integration activities, including organizational design, talent assessment, culture harmonization, and change management initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness
- Drive team harmonization efforts across functions, fostering collaboration and alignment in a matrixed environment
- Coach and advise leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational challenges
- Support transformation initiatives and drive change management across global functions
- Build strong partnerships with Center of Excellence teams (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Operations) to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Develop and elevate the HR partnership across functions by consulting with leaders on HR processes, best practices, and how to leverage HR as a strategic partner
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with demonstrated success in supporting senior leadership and global/remote teams
- Proven experience working in private equity-backed organizations, with deep understanding of the pace, rigor, and value-creation mindset required
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate business strategy into HR initiatives
- Experience navigating ambiguity and driving results in complex, rapidly changing environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Collaborative team player who can build trust and credibility quickly
- Demonstrated ability to "roll up sleeves" and balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience establishing and maturing HR partnership models with diverse stakeholders, including leaders new to working with strategic HR support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting some or all (Information Systems, HR, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, and/or Finance functions)
- Integration/M&A experience, including post-merger integration, carve-outs, or organizational restructuring
- Experience leading team harmonization and culture integration initiatives
- Knowledge of global employment practices and regulations
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
