About the Role:
We are seeking a senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to support initiatives within an Electronic Trading and Equity Derivatives environment.
Operating at VP level, this role requires close partnership with Front Office and Risk stakeholders, translating complex business needs into structured project plans and deliverables. The position demands strong stakeholder engagement, the ability to manage high expectations, and a solid understanding of trading and risk frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between business users (Front Office, Risk) and technology teams.
- Gather, challenge, and formalize business requirements related to E-Trading and Equity Derivatives platforms.
- Manage project lifecycle activities, including planning, prioritization, tracking, and reporting.
- Navigate and rationalize demanding or time-sensitive user requests.
- Ensure alignment between trading objectives, risk controls, and system capabilities.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and escalate issues where necessary.
Technical & Functional Skills Required:
- 10 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management within Capital Markets.
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Trading systems and Equity Derivatives products.
- Good understanding of Risk frameworks, controls, and reporting within trading environments.
- Experience operating at VP level with exposure to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced markets environments.
