What You’ll Do
Test Automation & Validation
- Design, maintain, and execute automated test frameworks and scripts using Java and Webdriver (Selenium or similar)
- Automate regression and smoke tests across UI and API levels
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure their stable execution
- Collaborate with developers to identify automation opportunities and improve test coverage
- Participate in manual validation when required for new features or exploratory testing
- Learn new tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency and contribute to improving automation coverage across the product
Collaboration & Process
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage
- Work closely with developers to validate fixes and align on acceptance criteria
- Contribute to QA documentation and knowledge transfer within the team
Continuous Improvement
- Review and refactor automation code to enhance maintainability and scalability
- Contribute to defining automation best practices and quality standards
- Learn new tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in QA Automation role
- Proficiency in Java for test automation development
- Hands-on experience with Webdriver (Selenium or similar)
- Solid understanding of regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Experience with defect management tools (Jira, TestRail, or similar)
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written), with working hours overlapping European and LATAM time zones
Nice to Have
- Competency in API testing (e.g., RestAssured, Postman)
- Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Familiarity with distributed systems, AWS-based applications, or Cucumber BDD
