We're seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to support financial reporting, compliance, job costing, and month-end close activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Onsite Only (No Remote or Hybrid Option)

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close support
• Support revenue recognition and job cost accounting
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
• Prepare sales & use tax, property tax, and other compliance filings
• Assist with annual audits and tax return preparation
• Analyze financial data and drive process improvements
• Ensure accurate general ledger reporting and financial records
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of financial accounting experience
• Manufacturing or service industry experience preferred
• CPA or accounting certification is a plus
• Knowledge of sales tax compliance
• Advanced Excel and accounting system skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment

Work Environment: This is a fully onsite position. Candidates must be able to work in our Milwaukee office. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.
